Did you ever hear about learning at your own pace? I have, and I think it's a good idea. We all learn differently. Some can just read and learn, others like to look at pictures and learn,. It's all quite complicated. We're all a bit different and sometimes some of just don't fit into the schedule of others.

Here's where we start. KHAN ACADEMY is free for everyone!
Kahn Academy is free. Even Bill Gates goes there! This is good place to start. Don't be afraid when you click on KHAN ACADEMY above and find a page that looks a little scary... because that isn't where you will begin. Click on the videos and watch them. You can choose to learn anything you want. If you're having trouble with match you can get help there and it's just for you. No classroom and no hurry to learn. Take your time looking around and then decide what you want to study. The best part is you can choose when and how long you want to study!
When you're finished you'll and you close the page at KHAN ACADEMY you'll be right back here. This is not all we're going to do. We're just getting started. I'm going to find and build all kinds of things includING fun stuff! You can give me your ideas if you want by just going to the contact page and typing in your thoughts. Remember, the very first thing is to learn about KHAN ACADEMY. You might need just a little help finding the subject and age level for you so ask your Mom or Dad, or anyone else that can help you. |
What do I think?
I'm just a regular person who thinks a lot and has created teaching tools, along with my wife, to teach our daughter. She is a now a very successful adult and we're very proud of her. I want to share my time helping other children even if it's just a tiny bit. Since I can't be with you we'll do it this way.Parents the file below can be downloaded.

Not everyone can be taught in the same way. I am a visual person. I can easily learn by watching videos about a subject. Others like to read. Maybe you're like me or you like to read. It doesn't matter as long as we're learning something. Funny but even though I don't like to read entire books I love to write stories and articles.

Remember you'll always come back to this page so you're not going yo get lost out there in Internet-Land. This looks like a much more advanced Site. I'm interested in Genetic Genealogy. Ten years ago I became an administrator for a study group on Genetic Genealogy. The link to testing is to your left. We test DNA samples in order to help people find their origins. Sometimes we can find lost families or determine if two people are related. It's EXCITING!!
