First, if you want, you can pick a Christmas song to listen to while you read about Santa Claus. Just scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on a song. Be sure to turn the juke box off when you leave.

Yes, there is a Santa Claus and he has been with us for a very long time. Some say he was first called Saint Nicholas but through the years people in many places and in many lands called him by various names. The name that we call him by is Santa Claus and that is true in many other countries as well.It would be impossible to tell his entire story but you can visit this page to learn just a little about Saint Nicholas. Do you think he could be Santa Claus? Santa, as some of us older folks call him, has had the help of others during his long life. Sometimes people say he has Elves and likely he does. The most important thing about Santa  Claus is the joy that he brings every year. Young children should enjoy Christmas that's what he wants most. There are so many miss-conceptions about Christmas. Did you know that the name Winter-Fest is a correct name as well? In old England they called the season Winter-Fest. Not everyone but many did.Christmas is also comes on the date of Jesus birth so many families have two reasons to celebrate. Others also believe in Santa Claus and they celebrate with us for that reason. Now you know that this is a special time of year and you must not concern yourself with anything but the wondeful times you will spent with your family. These are precious moments so gather them up
over the years and keep them alive for your children. Memories are gifts that cannot be replaced and are more valuable than any other gift.
